Self-Pay Physical Therapy and Chiropractic: Why Transparent Care can be Different

What 'transparent' actually means

Transparent self-pay means knowing what each visit costs before you walk in, knowing what's included, and not getting a confusing bill weeks later. It's care priced like a service — not a mystery.

What you usually get more of

When a clinic isn't built around insurance volume, sessions tend to be longer and one-on-one. There's more time to listen, more time to treat, and more time for movement coaching.

  • Longer one-on-one sessions
  • Same clinician visit after visit
  • Care focused on what helps you, not what's billable

Is it right for everyone?

Self-pay is a great fit for many clients, but it isn't the only option. Our team is happy to walk through how it would look for your situation. See current pricing for what each visit costs.

Care should be priced like care, not like a guessing game.

Common questions

Will I get a receipt I can submit to insurance?

Yes. Many clients submit receipts, or superbills, to their plan for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Can I use HSA or FSA?

Generally yes. Self-pay PT and Chiropractic care is typically eligible for HSA/FSA payment. Your HSA/FSA company may also request a superbill for verification of services- we can provide one on request.
