◆ New patient guide
Walk in knowing what to expect.
Most people are nervous about their first PT or chiropractic visit. Here's exactly how yours will flow — start to finish.
◆ Your patient journey
Five steps. Zero surprises.
- 01
Request your visit
Submit a quick request or call. We'll confirm by phone within one business day — usually under four hours.
- 02
Quick intake
We email a short health history form. Filling it out beforehand lets us spend your full hour on you, not paperwork.
- 03
Arrive comfortable
Wear clothes you can move in. For pelvic floor visits, gowns and privacy are provided — you set the pace.
- 04
Listen, assess, treat
Your provider listens first, then evaluates, then treats — all inside the same one-on-one hour.
- 05
Plan & superbill
You leave with a clear plan and, on request, a superbill you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.
◆ What to bring
A short, practical checklist.
- Photo ID
- Any imaging or surgical reports
- List of medications & supplements
- Comfortable clothing you can move in
- Card, check, HSA, or FSA for payment
- Questions — no question is too small
◆ Quick answers
First-visit FAQ.
Do I need a referral?+
No. Nebraska is a direct-access state, so you can schedule physical therapy without a physician referral.
How long is my first visit?+
Plan for 30-60 minutes, one-on-one with your provider.
Will my insurance cover this?+
We're an out-of-network self-pay clinic. We provide a superbill on request so you can submit for reimbursement, though payment is not guaranteed.
What about pelvic floor privacy?+
Pelvic floor visits happen in a private treatment room. You're in control of every step and can pause or stop at any time.
◆ Ready when you are
Let's get your first visit on the calendar.
Most new patients are seen the same week.
