How do I pay?

Payment is due at time of service. We accept card, HSA/FSA, Venmo, cash, and check. A 3% processing fee applies to card payments.

No. Nebraska is a direct-access state, so you can schedule a physical therapy or chiropractic evaluation without a physician referral.

How soon can I get in?

Most new patients are seen the same week. Submit a request, call, text, or email us and we'll confirm by phone within one business day - usually under four hours.

How long is each appointment?

Every physical therapy visit is 30-60 minutes. For chiropractic, the evaluation is 60 minutes and follow up time is based on your needs - ranging from 30-60 minutes.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. For pelvic floor visits, gowns and full privacy are provided.

Yes - Derek provides chiropractic care from infants to adults. He also treats pains and discomforts associated with pregnancy and postpartum. Your care is integrated with our physical therapy plans for complete care under one roof.

What is dry needling?

Dry needling uses very thin filament needles to release myofascial trigger points and reduce pain. It's commonly bundled with PT or chiropractic visits.

Do you do DOT physicals?

Yes — we offer DOT-compliant medical exams. Same-day appointments are welcome. Call the office to verify availability.

Do you offer combination appointments with chiropractic and physical therapy?

Yes — we highly encourage clients to receive treatment from both chiropractic and physical therapy as the two complement each other well and have improved symptoms faster. There are several ways we can schedule a combo appointment — ask your provider for more information.
