Phase one: protect and restore
The earliest phase of post-surgical care is about protecting the repair while gently restoring movement. Care is gentle, frequent, and tightly aligned with your surgeon's protocol.
Phase two: rebuild
As tissues heal, we steadily rebuild range of motion, strength, and confidence. Sessions become more active, and home exercises grow with you.
Phase three: return to life
The final phase is about putting recovery back into context — your job, your hobbies, your sport. We test, refine, and build a return plan that holds up under the demands you'll actually face.
Why timing matters
The earliest weeks after surgery shape what's possible later. Starting rehab on time, with someone who'll guide every step, often shortens the long road and reduces the chance of setbacks.
“Healing happens on a timeline. Recovery happens with intention. Rehab is what turns one into the other.”

Common questions
When should rehab start?
Often within days of surgery, depending on the procedure. Your surgeon's protocol guides the start date and the early progression.
How long does it usually take?
It depends on the procedure and your goals. We talk openly about timeframes at every step rather than guessing on day one.
